We post the spot

3 to 4 runs a month, somewhere new in the Bay. The location gets posted on Instagram before every run.

You RSVP

It's free. RSVP so we know how much water and coffee to bring.

We run

Around a 5K. Every pace is welcome and nobody finishes alone.

There's no online store. We hand merch out at the runs.

Real Questions.

Do I need to be fast?

No. Every pace has a group, and no one gets left behind.

How much does it cost?

Free. Just RSVP so we can plan supplies.

What should I bring?

Shoes. Water, electrolytes, and snacks are on us.

How far do we run?

Depends on the route we drop. Most runs land around a 5K. Cut it short or go longer.

Can I come alone?

Yeah, most people do.
